Unfortunately I tripped and fell in Apartment 305.The black hallway flooring that led to the bathroom which also had black flooring had a raised strip of metal between the hallway and the bathroom. It was extremely difficult to see this slight height difference and I fell head/face first onto the bathroom floor, hitting my head on the shower door.I suffered severe bruising, nose bleed and shock. The reception staff were very helpful and the manager phoned me.We were moved to apt 308A which had pale grey carpet leading into the black floor of the bathroom so it was easier to see the slightly raised entry.

The chap at reception was smiling and helpful - always a good start. The room was amazingly spacious and the kitchen equipped with all the necessities. We didn't need it this trip, but good to see a washer and drier in the apartment. It was well worth paying extra for parking under the building (limited number of spaces, so best to book). We were worried our dual cab ute wouldn't fit or negotiate the space, but it did. Location was excellent - right in the middle of the city, close to a major shopping mall and plenty of takeaway food places etc within an easy walk.

Amanda

The location is just brilliant. If you want a city hotel, this is the one! Opposite the front doors is the Canberra Centre and to the left about a 3 minute walk are all the cafes, restaurants and bars. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully quiet and so functional with its own kitchenette. Staff were personable and very helpful. Have stayed in a few other hotels in the city previously, but this is my new hotel of choice- can’t wait to stay again.

Great location. Street parking available just outside the main entrance but could be a challenge to get a free spot. Canberra Centre Car Park is just a few minutes away which is a great alternative ($3 parking all day on weekends!). We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and we were given 2 apartments with a shared door in between, which means we had access to 2 kitchens and 2 toilets. Awesome arrangement when travelling in a group.

Tony

I had a studio room and it was very spacious. Its conveniently located to just about everything. Canberra centre shops are directly across the hotel. Canberra Theatra is a block away. Bus stop is a block away (R3 from airport about 25 mins) and main bus terminal a short walk away so easy to get around. Bathroom toiletries were MOR...smelt amazing! Kitchenette was sufficient. Lifts were quick.
